OBOR TIMUR is a news application that comes with priority segmentation on investigative, governmental, legal, social, cultural, economic, educational, village news, etc., which is mixed, then presented with independence and responsibility in accordance with the provisions mandated in Press Law by upholding the journalistic code of ethics.

OBOR TIMUR was born in early July 2023 under the auspices of PT. OKE FLORES MEDIA GROUP whose name appears in the Notarial Deed of TAN INGGRIANI MOCHTAR, S.H, through the Decree of the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia with SK Number: AHU-0066562.AH.01.01. Year 2023; Company Registration Certificate Number: 4023090653101332; and NPWP: 502648249924000; while complying with Law Number 40 of 1999 concerning the Press Article 9 Paragraph (21) and the 2014 Press Council Circular concerning the Implementation of the Press Law and Press Company Standards; where every Press Company must be an Indonesian legal entity.

OBOR TIMUR continues to make improvements so that in the end it can become a news application that is close to the people and can become a color to oversee changes in people's lives for the better.
