Nucleus by Senate is a complete solution for workforce management, incident notification and business-wide intelligence distribution. Operated in conjunction with the Senate National Operations Centre (NOC), the Nucleus App works to bring the following functions into one, centralised, system;

WORKFORCE MANAGEMENT

Nucleus provides a central hub through which an organisation can undertake workforce rostering tasks, ensure shifts are covered and staff are in place when they are expected.

PATROL MANAGEMENT

Nucleus allows security and building management the power to ensure all areas of their site are covered by on-site security and cleaning patrols through geo-fencing and QR-code management of patrol routes.

LONE-WORKER SAFETY

If a lone worker fails to make a welfare check, the Nucleus app will alert the Senate NOC, helping to ensure the worker's safety. Nucleus also has an SOS alert system that allows lone workers to send priority alerts to the NOC, who will then provide immediate assistance.

INCIDENT NOTIFICATION

The Nucleus App allows for two-way intelligence flows between on-the-ground sources and the Senate Group Intelligence Unit (SGIU). When an incident is developing, the Intelligence Unit will use the location services within the app to notify all workers within the area surrounding the incident, providing real-time updates that allows individuals to maintain their personal and building safety accordingly. Users can send information about their safety or potential developments to the Intelligence Unit, who will disseminate this accordingly.

INTELLIGENCE DISTRIBUTION

The Nucleus App allows for distribution of relevant, effective and bespoke security intelligence, through push notification and via email, concerning upcoming threats and developing incidents that may impact on the threat landscape and/or business continuity considerations of client sites. The Nucleus App also helps to foster a two-way intelligence flow to create a powerful intelligence gathering network; allowing users to send quick notifications or multimedia messages to the Intelligence Unit informing of anything they spot which may potentially develop into, or be indicative of, a developing threat.
