NexOS 26 Launcher

NexOS 26 Launcher is a home screen replacement app for Android. It lets you customize the look and behavior of your home screen without rooting your device.

Home Screen

Set this app as your default home screen. Once set, you can arrange app icons, add widgets, and apply different visual styles from the settings.

App Customization

- Change the icon of any installed app using a built-in icon pack or an image from your gallery (cropped automatically to a square).

- Rename any app label to a custom name.

- Adjust icon size and label size using a slider.

- Change the label text color using a color picker.

- Set the corner radius of all icons (from sharp square to fully rounded).

- Hide apps from the home screen without uninstalling them.

- Lock individual apps with a PIN code.

App Library

Apps are automatically grouped into categories: Games, Audio, Video, Images, Social, News, Maps, and more. You can also assign categories manually.

Wallpaper

Apply wallpapers from the built-in wallpaper library or from your device gallery.

Themes

Apply pre-made themes that change the icon set and visual style of the home screen.

Widgets

Add and resize widgets on the home screen. Built-in widget types include:

- Digital clock (single city or multi-city world clock)

- Analog clock

- Color clock

- Weather (shows current conditions based on your location)

- Calendar (shows upcoming events from your device calendar)

- Contact shortcut (tap to call or message a selected contact)

- Countdown timer (counts down to a chosen date)

- Day counter (counts days since a chosen date)

- Photo frame (displays a photo from your gallery)

- Battery indicator

- System widgets from other installed apps are also supported

Notifications

The app reads notification data to display notification counts on app icons.

Languages

The app supports multiple display languages. You can change the language from the settings screen.

Permissions used

- Contacts: used by the Contact widget to display and select a contact.

- Calendar: used by the Calendar widget to read upcoming events.

- Notification access: used to show notification badges on icons.

- Wallpaper: used to apply and read the current wallpaper.
