Nabs offers two methods for measuring your heart rate: one that uses your device's camera and another that requires manual entry of your pulse.

Some General tips for accurate results on any oximeter:

- Body temperature directly affects the test results.Usually a cold fingertip will result in weak signal and thus will lead to inaccurate results.

- Dirty or wounded fingertip will disrupt the reflection of light from the skin and will result in unreliable results.

- Light transmitter and receiver lenses should always be clean. In this case for obtaining the most accurate results clean your device’s camera before using Nabs.
