mySASY mobile - HRV measurement app

mySASY is a web-based application that allows you to easily and very accurately evaluate the activity of the basic system in the human body = the Autonomic Nervous System (ANS) using a mobile phone and a HRV monitor. Autonomic nervous system controls the most important processes and the condition of the human body. Thanks to this measurement it is possible to monitor the long-term and current reactions of the organism to the selected training processes/regime and significantly increase the efficiency of the training.

The mySASY mobile application is used for measurement/monitoring and is intended for all mySASY users with individual account and active program FREE, BASIC +, SPORT or SPORT +. The analysis results are displayed in the web interface. They are available automatically after sending the measured data or from the menu of the mobile application by selecting "my results". At any time, you can log in to your account directly at https://client.mysasy.com/en, from any Internet browser and from any device (mobile phone, tablet, PC).

To create an individual account, it is necessary to register at https://eshop.mysasy-profile.com/en/. After registering (= creating personal login) you can start using mySASY.

HRV monitor is required for measurement with mySASY. We offer our HRV monitor at https://eshop.mysasy-profile.com/en/. But if you already have an HRV monitor you can use your own. For monitoring with mySASY system, the device must meet the following technical requirements:

• It must be connectable via Bluetooth.

• It must be able to measure the RR interval (pulse) accurate to one-thousandth of a second (0,001). .

(Even though monitors from other manufacturers meet these parameters, mySASY a.s. is not able to guarantee the measurement accuracy of all third-party devices.)
