MyAlarms ensures that an SMS is always heard – the phone emits noise, an alarm.

MyAlarms is an Android smartphone app that ensures that an SMS is always heard – when the SMS comes, the phone emits a loud sound, an alarm. This is especially useful when, for example, a person on duty must not overhear a message.

Features of MyAlarms:

• The user defines which telephone numbers to be assigned to alarms.

• The user can make groups, if, for example, SMS can come from multiple devices within one group – it could be a plant where several pumps are monitored.

• Alarm sound can be chosen from a variety of sounds and melodies.

• When the alarm sounds, the text from the message is shown on the display at the same time, so that the user instantly knows what needs to be done.

The app can be used by both private and for work, in situations where an SMS must not be overheard. It may be that a farmer must not overhear that an irrigation machine has stopped, or the guard of a waterworks that must not overhear that a pump has stopped.
