You have the comfort of making a service request if you are required. You have the option of submitting your ideas and comments about the product, and our service feedback which we welcome and appreciate very much. If you are a e-bill subscribed customer, we will keep your bill copies for you to retrieve as and when required.

__After Sales and Services

Further, you now don’t have the hassle of calling or visiting our showrooms or providing details of the products to make any service requests. In addition, when you are making the request, MyAbans will show you the nearest service center and app will pass your location for our technicians to reach to your place faster. All subsequent actions and progress on your service job can be monitored through MyAbans and can give your approvals or make payments where required.

MyAbans provides you omni channel facility to purchase products and get it delivered to your door step. You can do product selection and check product availability, and accordingly make request to your preferred showroom. You can make request if you require further assistance form a Sales Person with option to contact them directly.

If you are one of our hire purchase (HP) customers, now you can make your monthly instalments by payment option in MyAbans. You can view details related to all your HP purchases purchased under registered contact number.

If you are of our loyalty customers, viewing your loyalty points is possible. Redeem your points when making purchases through MyAbans is enabled for your convenience. This feature will be further enhanced to provide more options to manage your loyalty membership.

__E-Bill

You can become a Abans e-bill recipient by subscribing to e-bill facility. We encourgae you to do so.
