If you are a Landlord then download and install My Tenant

* Check outstanding amount

* Check payment history by year

* Submit Payment for Landlord approval

* Rental and Other payment tab (Other can use to keep track other charges such as utility or Internet bill)

* Payment status for each month shown in colorful list

*** Fully Paid / Overpaid (Green)

*** Unpaid (Red)

*** Partially Paid (Yellow)

* Payment punctuality shown in graphical presentation (like bar chart)

*** Early / On Time (Green)

*** Due / Over Due (Red)

*** Unpaid but not due by 15th on current month (Yellow)

* Support Portrait and Landscape mode (Suitable for Tablet)

Before using this app

1.Landlord needs to download and install the My Tenant app

2. He/she needs to sign up for an account (Free) and sign in to the app with his Mobile No and PIN

3. He/she needs to create a new Tenant profile with tenant’s Mobile No and PIN

4. He/she needs to inform his/her tenant to use the Mobile No and the PIN in step 3 to sign in to My Landlord app

How to use My Landlord

1. Press on Settings button

2. Press on Mobile No

3. Enter Mobile No submitted to your Landlord

4. Press on PIN

5. Enter PIN provided by your Landlord

6. The app will automatically sign in to the server and download the latest data

7. Press on “Back” key to go back to Main screen

8. Press on Outstanding Amount button to view amount need to pay

9. Long Press an item to Submit Payment

10. Enter the Pay amount, select the Date and press on “Submit” button

11. Your payment will be sync to the server

12. Your Landlord will see a submission when he/she uses the My Tenant app

13. Press on Payment History button to view past records for Rental/Other

14. Press on the Year drop down to select the year to show records

15. Press “Back” key at Main screen to exit the app

Issue:

This app requires Google Play Services to be installed for displaying ad banner. The app won't start if Google Play Services is not installed.

Note: This app is use together with another app called My Tenant (for Landlord)
