It presents more than 30 evidence-based supplements & activities – such as tai chi, omega-3 fatty acids, bright light exposure – that users can choose from to create a personalized health plan.

Mindfull provides you with a personalized list of daily activities designed to improve your mood. Each activity can be comes with cited sources proving that they work. Check off activities as you complete them and report your mood to see your progress.
