My Sports Passport will help athletes, trainers and physical therapy practices to improve sports medicine (preventive) care. The app aims to grow in functionality that are scientifically based and can be applied in practice. The features are user-friendly and targeted.

My Passport sport features:

▪ Keep track of perceived exertion (EMI) of athletes.

The EMI is a subjective measure that can display exercise intensity athletes. The EMI will be 30 minutes after training or competition are automatically prompted by a push message.

▪ Athletes alert if the odds are increased overload.

The app calculates the acute EMI week (one week) with chronic EMI (3 weeks) and do this or increases the risk of overload. If the likelihood of overloading the athletes will get to see this through a push message.

The EMI scores are clearly displayed in the application by means of a bar chart. As a result, the trainer can evaluate whether the EMI of the athletes is desirable or undesirable.

Athletes can pass an injury to the physical therapy practice, where the organization works with. Report by using the injury button physiotherapy practice will be informed by e-mail.
