Metso Remote IC

With the Metso Remote IC app, you can monitor and control Metso Lokotrack® crushers and screens from the convenience and safety of your excavator cabin. Working as an extended monitoring and controlling tool of the existing Metso IC™ process control system, the app gives operator’s visibility to the main parameters of all the machines in the Lokotrack train, all in one single dashboard.

Remote IC requires hardware installed to your machines. The app automatically shows all the machines that are available for the setup. Check the availability from your local sales representative.

What can be controlled in Remote IC:

* Feeder pause and resume

* Crusher setting measurement = Closed Side Setting (CSS)

* Feeder speed control

What can be monitored in Remote IC:

* Crusher power or pressure

* Engine load

* Crusher cavity level

* Crusher RPM

* Fuel level

* Event and alarms
