Medical Diary App is a patient app that allows users to to log their data daily.

The application allows users with interactive interfaces log their weight, blood pressure, heart rate and glucose. The application then aggregates the data and presents in a rich and interactive chart for user to understand their data in an easy and intuitive manner.
