To export from Markmaker press the export button in the drawing interface when you're done with a drawing.
To retrieve your drawing as an OBJ, navigate to the gallery and select the share icon. I recommend sending the file to yourself as an email. You can also find exported files and screenshots under Android/Data/Com.Google.Prefab/Files
Markmaker's exported OBJ files use vertex colors which are traditionally unsupported by 3D packages. The models are also single sided so I recommend using double sided faces where you can. The package I have found most supportive in this process has been an open source program called Meshlab.
The website Sketchfab also supports vertex coloring meaning that you can take your 3D drawings and share them online in color.
