Maha is a company that solves one of the biggest problems we face in our house after some few years, worn out rugs! Since this company was founded back in 1993, Maha has perfected the art of working on oriental rugs and kilim in a bid to leave these old rugs as good as new. This unique service of rug restore for border and fringes initially started in Parma Italy. After over 20 years of fantastic work and growth, finally, it is being brought to London. The services being offered to clients in London and its environs will include cleaning, renovation and repair. Moreover, it will also include providing a service tailored to oriental rugs.

Maha Pricing One of the most fascinating facts about Maha is the fact that their prices have never changed since their establishment in 1993! In Italy, prices normally include free delivery and rug cleaning in addition to the standard repair services. In London however, services such as free delivery and rug cleaning are soon to be added to our panel price.

There are three main services offered. These include:

Border. If you wish to have a border added, adjusted or repaired to your rug, Maha is the place for you. At a price point of £15 Per Meter, they can fix border of any type of rug you have.

Fringe. As per the client’s request, they can add, adjust or repair the fringe on your rug, whatever the type. This is done at a set price of £15 per meter.

Restore. Finally, whether your rug is worn out or damaged, we can fix this for you. However, there is no set price in this case since the type of rug you have will determine the cost of this service. A common example is if you have a Kilim with a whole diameter of about 10cm by 10cm. Such a repair would approximately cost around £50.00 inclusive of VAT.
