Official MADAD Mobile Application for Indian Citizens
The Consular Services Management System (MADAD) is an initiative by the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), Government of India, designed to assist Indian citizens living or traveling abroad in lodging and tracking grievances related to consular services provided by Indian Embassies, Missions, and Posts worldwide.
To make the grievance redressal process more accessible and user-friendly, the MEA has launched the MADAD Mobile Application. This mobile-enabled platform empowers citizens to register their concerns, monitor progress, and receive timely updates — all from their smartphones.
