Measure light with your mobile phone by using the Swedish Work Environment Authority's app Light. With the app, you can measure daylight and electric light as well as flicker.

The app has nine different typical workplaces entered, such as offices, workshops and storage rooms. Poor lighting at work, such as low brightness or glare, affects your well-being and ability to work. This can lead to you working in incorrect working positions and affect your mood, as well as making you tired and irritated.
