The Constitution of the Fourth Republic of Chad adopted on April 10, 2018

The constitution is the supreme law of the Republic of Chad. All laws derive their substance from this fundamental law.

No law can be contrary to the constitution and therefore can not oppose it or reduce its scope.

It is important to know these provisions in order to know these rights and duties.
