Build your resilience with evidence-based activities and programs carefully curated by the team of skilled mental health professionals at Koa Health. Work on your wellbeing whenever is best for you with exercises based on techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness and positive psychology.

Foundations was created to help organizations support their staff and members, and requires that you register with a validated email (typically a work email, or one you’ve signed up with online). If you’re unsure if your company has access or where you should sign up - or would like to join our beta program - please contact us at foundations@koahealth.com
