The application allows citizens to take part in the life of their city and help engineering and maintenance services to notice and correct problems in urban infrastructure facilities in a timely manner.

Users can send requests to a single dispatch center and receive information about the status of their execution.

To place an application, you must:

- select a problem category,

- give an additional comment,

- indicate the location on the map,

- take a picture of the problematic object,

- you can also scan the object's QR code (if available)
