Kalender.digital

Kalender.digital is a free online calendar for teams and groups that can be easily accessed via access links without registration.

An access link follows this format: https://kalender.digital/68dbf6166ace2865ccd7

Each access link has a specific permission, such as administrator, editor, or reader.

Use the administrator link to manage your calendar. You can, for example, save this link as a bookmark on all your devices. You can share the editor or reader link with your teammates.

Additional settings can be configured for each access link, such as:

- Permissions for specific sub-calendars

- Password protection for enhanced security

- Default view of the access link

- Custom link string, e.g., https://kalender.digital/sport

In the Kalender.digital app dashboard, you can add existing access links or register a new calendar. In this case, the administrator link will be automatically added to the dashboard.

You can access the dashboard at any time via the button in the top left corner of the calendar.

To open a calendar's settings, please access the calendar via the administrator link and then click the gear icon in the top right corner.

Calendar.digital is free in its basic version. Additional features can be unlocked with the paid Plus/Premium version, such as:

- Reminders via email or SMS

- Email notifications for appointment changes

- Daily agenda via email

- Custom access links

- Additional access links

- Additional sub-calendars
