JPH Authenticator is a robust, encrypted corporate security solution designed to manage identities and access using two-factor authentication (2FA) and advanced validation. We've now evolved beyond traditional codes, integrating support for TiQR and PUSH notifications.

New Technologies: TiQR and PUSH We've incorporated next-generation authentication methods for frictionless access:

• PUSH Token: Approve access requests with a single tap from your notification, streamlining the login process.

• TiQR Authentication: Scan and authenticate instantly using intelligent rapid response technology.

Connectivity Note: To ensure real-time validation with the security server, TiQR and PUSH functions require an active internet connection (Online Mode). Standard tokens (HOTP/TOTP) continue to function perfectly offline.

Security and Encryption: All tokens are stored in a password-protected, encrypted local vault. The contents are inaccessible without the correct key, even if the physical file is removed from the device. Fingerprint/Face unlocking is also supported if the device allows it.

Centralized Management and Profiles

• Web Control: Account creation and management are performed from a central platform, preventing unauthorized self-management and ensuring compliance with corporate policies.

• User Profiles: We differentiate between Standard User (restricted access) and Administrator (full tool control).

• Remote Visibility: The server can dynamically define which tokens are shown or hidden in the app based on the profile and current policies.

Powerful Organization: Keep your access organized with alphabetical sorting, custom category grouping, smart search by issuer, and simultaneous viewing of multiple tokens.
