2. Select the session of "Better Sleep" in YogaMonkey APP, start and enjoy yoga journey afterwards.

== Session Overall Introduction ==

This course is mostly suitable for night workout before go to sleep. It helps you recover from pessimism, take quick relax of your mind and body. When you make it as routine, the habit will sweep all upsets during the day. In fact, most of the sleep problems are caused by stress and nervous. Therefore, try to control your attitude towards challenges and difficulties, keep a calm state of mind and that is the key solution for better sleep. One more tips for you, avoid eating too much at dinner, and do not be so excited with some entertainments. You may also indulge yourself in calming music while doing yoga workout.

This gentle yoga course contains several parts: alternate nostrill breath, back and leg extension, cobra, plow and fish pose. It also contains simple twists as well.
