JAWS

JAWS (Job and Worksite Support) is a mobile platform that helps NiSource employees and contractors to gain access to job aids, reference materials and training in the office or in the field.

JAWS contains standards, step-by-step, reference materials, manufacturer instructions, videos, and on-the-job training and support. Leveraging a recommendation engine, JAWS will suggest the most relevant content based on the employee’s role and location. Users can search for specific content by keyword or tags, bookmark frequently used content, and annotate with notes for future reference.
