The Interactive Patient Education, Appointments and Records (iPEAR) is a one stop online portal for both healthcare professionals and patients. Through this mobile app, patients are able to make or change appointments with their doctors with ease. Appointments are confirmed in real time. Patients are also able to access their important medical records archived chronologically in a timeline format. Patients are also able to request for a medical transcript of their records for purposes of transferring care or for insurance claims. Education materials are also available online for our patients to access, especially if they are concerned about specific symptoms or conditions prior to or after consults with our specialists. There is also a chat function within the app for our registered patients to reach out to their doctors for advice. iPEAR aims to put the clinic or the benefits of a specialist clinic in the palm of your hand.
