Simple to use, and effective. Just launch the app to enable, and click the Notification to disable.

Many devices produce interference noises through headphones and speakers when charging or near other electrical devices, when no audio is playing. This app is a software solution, without the need for ground loop isolator cables, which may not even help if the interference comes through the earphone jack.
