Hockey Labs

Hockey Labs is an at-home hockey training app with curated daily workouts, skill and IQ lessons, and exclusive live sessions for youth hockey players wanting to improve their game. Kids can earn points, climb leaderboards, and win prizes all while learning from the top coaches in hockey.

You’ll learn from a select group of top hockey coaches who are committed to helping you get your game to the next level. Only proper fundamentals are taught with each workout, lesson, and live session.

ALL AT HOME

No gym or rink available? No problem. Everything can be done with a hockey stick, ball or puck, right at home in your garage, basement, driveway, or training space.

- Game film breakdowns to help you understand how professional players execute as a team.

- Day-in-the-life videos with current and former USHL, NCAA, and NHL players.

- Skill or time-of-year specific programs to help you improve your stickhandling, shooting, passing, and more.

- On-demand so you can complete them on your own time, at your own pace.

- Member-exclusive interviews with current and former USHL, NCAA and NHL players, coaches, and scouts.

- Learn how players made it to the next level.

- Ask interviewees anything in open Q+A sessions.
