Application Summary:
1) Hip Flexor workout:
8 workouts, one after the other, in a single 10-minute set with the necessary 10-second rest between each workout. The workouts can be paused by the user.
You can select your workout timings ranging from 10 minutes to 60 minutes, including 20 and 30 minutes of sets, which can be selected by the user.
The 8 workouts range from 60 seconds all the way to 90 seconds for each workout, which can also be increased by the user.
2) The app has 3 other workout modes for targeting various different parts of your body with each 10 minute set.
