After activating the “Holiday Ball” or “Holiday Motion,” start the "Hemodialysis Grip Exercise Assistance System App." The app provides real-time reminders for grip exercises, indicating when to squeeze or release. Users only need to follow the instructions. Through Bluetooth wireless transmission, grip strength and duration are sent to the app. Every minute, the app displays the grip strength and time for that interval and saves the record. After a short rest, users continue the grip exercise based on daily exercise time recommended by medical professionals. Record display periods can be set to 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, or 1 year, and the records can be sent via email to designated personnel as needed.
