Grounded is an Android app blocker and screen time control app that helps you block distracting apps, set daily app limits, and build healthier phone habits.

Create groups for social media, video apps, games, news, shopping, or any other apps that pull you in. Then choose the rule that fits the habit you want to change.

Three blocking modes:

• Blocking

Start a focus block for a set amount of time. The selected apps stay blocked until the timer ends.

• Timing

Give distracting apps a daily screen time allowance. Once the limit is used, Grounded blocks them until the next day.

• Frequency

Block apps after you open them too many times. Useful for stopping repeated checking, doomscrolling, and short “just one minute” habits.
