Fault scenario:

The GEMOS building management system registers the failure of a surveillance camera. On the basis of GMSC, this fault is immediately forwarded automatically to the stored service team.

The employees of the corresponding service team call the incoming incident mobile and immediately get an overview of the fault details (inventory, location, priority, etc.).

The fault can now be processed, documented and completed prioritized.

The processing status can be traced at any time via all integrated devices.

Maintenance scenario:

A surveillance camera in the outdoor area is regularly cleaned of dirt. Based on GMSC, the dates and processing steps of the respective cleaning are defined.

The employees of the deposited service team are automatically informed about the pending and due cleaning.

The cleaning can now be processed, documented and completed.
