All G3D Printers come with live one on one video/chat/whiteboard/complete support solution. Be it showing us a video of your problem or needing some help with a task, we will work 1 on 1 with you to provide you with a solution to get you back on track. Our staff is ready with a full documentation center of solutions to you basic issue's that most first time 3Der's run into.
