The name "FRITKOT" is the common name for a cabin where fries are sold in Belgium. Recently, the fries, their manufacturing process and the fritkot have been recognized as part of Belgian cultural heritage. We therefore wish to promote this know-how that we have always appreciated and known. Our establishment's main objective is to offer real Belgian fries prepared and presented in the traditional way as we know how to do them in Belgium. The fries are cooked twice (poached then seared) in beef fat for a unique taste and crispness. We also offer burgers made with fresh and artisanal products as well as skewers. All our meat comes from the "Hoeve Cuvry" farm located in Dworp. We also have a wide choice of sauces (22).
