PPCE Reader est une application d'affichage pour les captures de paquets réseau.
You can use this app to view captures made by other apps, such as tPacketCapture. It is not itself a tool for capturing network packets on an interface.
Note that sometimes this app will just crash while opening a file. Just try it again and it should work.
