PCAP Reader ist ein Display-Anwendung für Netzwerkpaketerfassung.
You can use this app to view captures made by other apps, such as tPacketCapture. It is not itself a tool for capturing network packets on an interface.
Note that sometimes this app will just crash while opening a file. Just try it again and it should work.
