Foodkraft is the brainchild of Mrs. Payal Bhatia, a multi-faceted personality who has excelled not just as a student and home maker but also as an educator, visionary and entrepreneur.

She is a M.Sc. (Gold Medalist) from Jadavpur University and has studied culinary science at J.D. Birla College of Home Science. She went on to become a lecturer at that prestigious institution and has taught there for many years.

On the strength of her professional qualifications and vast experience in the field of culinary science, Payal Bhatia runs Foodkraft with the intent to teach women (and in some instances, men as well) new and innovative techniques of cooking nutritious food quickly and efficiently for themselves and their loved ones so that they can live healthy and successful lives.

Under the aegis of Mrs. Payal Bhatia, Food Kraft was opened in Kolkata on April 2012. We are well known for rendering practical culinary education in a sophisticated manner. We are the most authentic culinary academy offering training for Indian, Chinese and various other international cuisines.
