Flex List

Flex List is a list and checklist app for the things you do again and again: packing for a trip, weekly groceries, your workout, your morning routine. Create the list once, check items off as you go and, when you're done, start over to uncheck everything and use it again.

HOW IT WORKS

• Tap an item to check it. Checked items stay in place with a line through them, and a bar shows your progress, like "7 of 12 items".

• Type items one after another: Enter adds the next one without closing the keyboard.

• Paste a list you already have in a message or note: each line becomes an item, and markers like "-", "•" and "( )" are removed. Lines starting with "(x)" come in already checked.

• When everything is done, the app offers Start over, which unchecks all items and keeps the list.

• Duplicate makes an unchecked copy for another trip, another week or another person.

ORGANIZE IT YOUR WAY

• A color for each list and 1 to 3 columns on the home screen.

• Sort lists by recent use or by name.

• Drag to reorder items.

• Swipe to delete an item, with undo.

• Long-press an item to edit its text.

• Light theme, dark theme or follow the system.

SHARE AS TEXT

Send the list through any messaging app or by email, or copy the text. You choose whether to show the (x) and ( ) marks and whether to send only the items still to do.

The first time you open the app, it suggests ready-made lists you can edit: Packing list, Weekly groceries and Weekly workout. Or start with a blank list.
