MANAGE BOOKINGS AND MEMBERSHIP: Fitness Space app allows members to manage bookings easily at any time, and review and change membership options based on their personal objectives.
TRACK OUTDOOR ACTIVITY: Wherever a member trains, activity is tracked via the Fitness Space app and syncs with partner devices such as Google Fit, S-Health, Fitbit, Garmin, MapMyFitness, MyFitnessPal, Polar, RunKeeper, Strava, Swimtag and Withings.
VIEW BODY COMPOSITION STATS: Following monthly reviews of body composition, the app captures these stats to enable continual analysis against your progression.
