File Recovery - Photo Recovery helps you scan your Android device for files that may still be recoverable after deletion. You can review the scan results first, preview supported files, and choose what you want to restore.

The app works with internal storage and, on supported devices, SD cards. After scanning, you can browse the results, sort or filter them by file type, date, or size, and restore selected items in a few steps.

📧 Saved notification messages

◆ If you enable Notification Access, the app can save notification text from supported apps so you can view it again later. This can be useful when you want to check a message preview that appeared in a notification from a supported messaging app such as WhatsApp.

◆ The app only saves new notifications received after permission is granted. It does not sign in to WhatsApp or any other messaging app, does not access in-app chat history, and does not recover messages from within those apps. It only shows notification text that was already displayed on your device.

📋 Important notes

◆ Recovery results depend on your device, storage type, and whether deleted data has been overwritten. Files deleted a long time ago, cloud-only content, or data removed after a factory reset may not be recoverable.

◆ Scanning and file recovery run on your device. Your files and saved notification text are not uploaded by the app.
