Rugby in South Africa has many loyal fans. While only selected few people can play, all people can be fans. Whether player or fan, you are invited to play our rugby-like mini games on your mobile device.

All 14 of the main provincial Rugby unions in South Africa are available to choose from, including the Blue Bulls, Boland Cavaliers, Eastern Province Kings, Falcons, Free State Cheetahs, Golden Lions, Griffons, Griquas, Leopards, Pumas, Sharks, SWD Eagles, and the Western Province.

Choose your team, and earn Flames (the in-app currency) by playing any of the three Rugby-like games in the app.

Drop Goal: Kick the rugby ball through the posts to score a drop goal. Do this by swiping your finger over the ball in the direction you want to kick. Kick further by dragging your finger longer, and kick higher by dragging your finger faster. The game becomes progressively more difficult as the ball is placed further to the left or the right of the posts. You can continue as long as you want to, and claim your Flames and high score at any time.

Line Break: Dodge opposing players running towards you. Swipe your finger left and right to move your player. The game becomes progressively more difficult with more opposing players running at you and your player moving forward into the incoming players. The game ends when you are caught by an opposing player.

Five-A-Side: This is a player vs player, fast-paced, strategic rugby-like game. You attempt to score tries against your opponent. Each opponent has five rugby players which can move on the rugby field. With set points, passes, rucks, turnovers, and penalties, this is a game where you play against the clock to come out victorious.

There are three ways to top the leader board in the App. Firstly, by earning the most Flames over the last 30 days. Secondly, by scoring the highest on Drop Goal or Line Break or the highest ranking in Five-A-Side, and finally, by contributing to your team’s ranking.
