Zumba

Zumba has gained its popularity and it's an easier way to exercise than other classes

because of the pace. It is just like dancing where you just move your body to the

music beat and Zumba doesn't have any limits ie. (Anyone can practice Zumba

matters whether you are young, old, thin, fat, muscular, limited physical abilities or

non-dancers. Just feel the music and let your body move with the beat and you will

get the real results.

Yoga

Life becomes easier when your body has balanced health. The practice of Yoga

HIIT

Hiit (High-Intensity Interval Training) is a form of interval training and

cardiovascular exercise strategy where a short period of intense anaerobic exercise is

followed by a less intense recovery period. It is the concept where one performs a

short burst of high-intensity exercise followed by a brief low-intensity activity,

repeatedly, until too exhausted to continue. The Interval timing may be varying based

on participant's current fitness level. HIIT regimens have successfully produced

significant reductions in the fat mass of the whole-body and require the high

motivation and interest from the participants.

Aerobics

Aerobics is the form of physical fitness exercise where it combines rhythmic aerobic

exercise with stretching and strength training routines with the goal of improving all

elements of fitness (flexibility, muscular strength, and cardio-vascular fitness). It is

usually performed to music and may be practiced in a group setting which is led by

our instructor (fitness professional). It can also be done solo and without musical

accompaniment.
