It's a simple exercise that strengthens the muscles around your eyes. Simply stare at the two circles on the screen until they overlap into one, then follow their movement only with your eyes, without moving your head.

[How to Use]

- Tap the screen to display two black circles.

- Gaze at the two circles until they overlap in the center, then follow their movement with your eyes, without moving your head.

- We recommend performing the 90-second exercise twice a day (3 minutes total).

[How to Focus]

- There are two focusing methods:

A. **Cross-Eyed Method**: Focus in front of the screen (crossing your eyes).

B. **Parallel Method**: Focus behind the screen.

- When the two circles overlap in the center, concentrate on the single central circle.

Generally speaking, the Cross-Eyed Method is more effective for nearsightedness and presbyopia, while the Parallel Method is more effective for farsightedness.
