Essential Timetable

Essential Timetable is a simple and comprehensive lecture scheduling application for students. It displays scheduled lectures with their appropriate fixed times.

Additionally, in a bid to keep students organized, Essential Timetable is developed with an automatic notification system which gives a reminder every night ahead of the next day's lectures and another one every ten minutes to lecture start time.

How To Use

As a normal User

Collect your class pin from an admin.

Open the app, click on the Join a class button and enter your class pin to import your timetable.

As a Course Rep or Admin

• Click on the Create a class button
• You will see a login screen which you can sign in with your Google account
• Pick your school from the list
• Enter a name for the new class and create
• You should see the dashboard now, where you can manage the content of your timetable

After the above steps, whenever an update is done on the timetable, it would reflect for all other members of the class immediately.

Afterwards, you stay alerted to your schedule ahead of time.
