Drum Portal App

The Drum App is a Prysmian Group application designed for customers and logistics companies to more easily manage coil information.

With the Drum App, customers and logistics companies can:

- register the coil information by scanning the QR code of the coil

- record the GPS coordinates and time of the reels (with a scanner)

- to register useful information about the coil:

- amount of cable on the spool (manually entered into the system)

- coil condition

- physical condition

- pictures of the reel

- notes on the reel

- check the delivery information for the reel

- to complain if necessary
