Enjoy our guided mediation sessions that are customised to how you’re feeling when you start. Our Smart Ring collects ultra accurate information about your heart beats and how they change while you meditate (HRV). Our proprietary algorithms analyse the balance between your parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous systems and leverage research to translate that into how you actually meditated. All of this data is visualised into a simple graph that tracks your progress over sessions
