Parameterized image sequence capture for imaging research.

devCam is a tool for easily capturing parameterized image sequences using your Android device. It is useful for experimentation and testing in computer vision, image processing, and computational photography.

devCam makes it east to capture a sequence of images with varying values of exposure time, ISO, aperture, focal length, and focus distance. The user can generate a capture sequence from many common templates from inside the app, or design their own, more complicated sequence on the computer and load it onto the device.

devCam helps you capture your data sets so you can work on developing your algorithms!

Please Note: devCam will install on devices with Android 5.0 or better, but will only truly work on devices manufactured to allow manual control of the camera device. For a list of devices which can and cannot make use of devCam, please visit the "Device Database" page of our website.
