Use the Today dashboard to see the current focus score and next block, switch to ready-made rhythms when the day needs a reset, and review weekly signals to understand where focus time goes. The reviewed AAB manifest did not declare internet, location, camera, microphone, contacts, SMS, phone, notification, or broad storage permissions.
