Student staying in a hostel can apply leave from anywhere using their mobile device making leave submission easier. Student need not be physical present in the hostel campus to apply for a leave. Warden as well as parents are notified about this leave. Warden can view all applied leaves and also filter them on students name and date. Additionally the warden monitors all students In and Out status from hostel as the app pulls this information from a tripod installed at the gate. This data can be filtered using filters on student name or date.

Daily reports for a warden at end of day with student details which are out of campus without leave application are tracked to ensure security of students.

To enhance girls security, a mobile with this app makes call to the phone number specified by warden by just waving the handset 3 to 4 times.
