DayPilot brings everyday planning and productivity tools together in one place. Create tasks, set reminders, break complex tasks into practical steps with AI, manage your Gmail, set alarms, and stay focused while completing your work.

Plan and Organize Tasks

When creating a task, you can add reminder times, duration, categories, notes, images, and audio. Keep all related information together and work through your plans at your own pace.

AI-Powered Task Breakdown

For complicated tasks, you can actively request AI to generate clear, actionable step lists to guide your work. AI assistance is optional and only used when you initiate it.

Focus on Individual Steps

You can start a Focus session for a specific task step, concentrating on one step at a time to maintain full attention.

Accessibility Service for Focus

DayPilot uses Android's Accessibility Service to detect when you leave the Focus screen for about three seconds, then sends a reminder so you can choose to return or continue. This service is used only for Focus, does not block other apps or change settings, and reminds you at most once per session.

Optional Gmail Management

Connect your Gmail account to read, send, reply, star, and manage drafts within the app (deletion not supported). Gmail access is optional and requires authorization only when you actively use it.

AI-Assisted Email Writing

You can use AI to help draft emails. Your request is sent to OpenAI, processed, and the response returned. Neither requests nor responses are stored on DayPilot servers or used for training.

Alarms and Full-Screen Alerts

Set alarms for important moments; full‑screen notifications make them highly noticeable.

Calendar View

View tasks in a calendar layout, sharing the same data and functions as the task list. You can also record your daily mood alongside your plans.

Track Progress and Settings

In your Profile, review progress, adjust app and notification settings, and manage sharing options.

Local-First Data Storage

Your tasks, steps, notes, images, audio, alarms, mood records, progress, and settings are stored locally on your device. They are not stored on DayPilot remote servers. Only when you actively use optional features like Gmail or AI, necessary information may be transmitted to third‑party services.

Privacy and Optional Features

Core productivity features do not require an account. Gmail and AI are optional; AI processing occurs only at your request, and your data is not used for model training. For more details, please review our Privacy Policy.
