Dandelion in the Wind

Dandelions is a 2-player, competitive, or solo-variant paper-and-pencil area control game, where one player acts as the Dandelions attempting to fill a 5x5 grid, while the other acts as the Wind trying to prevent it by limiting growth in specific directions over seven rounds.
