The Creative i-Services App has been developed with Creative customers in mind, giving them total freedom and the ability to maintain and track all devices covered by their service contracts whilst on the move.
It allows users to look up by unique serial numbers, all related details such as Service Level Agreements (SLA), contract reference, type of device and install location; the serial number bar code is scanned using the mobile phone camera, gathering all the required info to log a fault via the “raise case button” which makes this operation easy and smooth.
Additionally the data related to each company user is stored on the mobile phone memory, allowing the App to function even outside an Internet coverage area.
